James S.

I design gunite pools for pool builders in Pool Studio and VIP3D. Send me the survey, yard photos, measurements and the homeowner’s wish list, and I’ll deliver a complete sales design in 24–48 hours that you can present at the kitchen table.

Every Sales Design includes accurate dimensions and depths, steps, benches, sun shelves, spa details, coping and decking, the house and yard, screen enclosures, materials, landscaping, an overhead view plus 4–6 3D views, a flyover video, and the editable .SAV file, with 2 revision rounds included.

I’m Florida-based and know Florida builds: raised spillover spas, tanning ledges, glass tile, paver and travertine decks, lanais and tight lots. I work with builders nationwide and offer monthly plans for steady volume.
