About
I'm a mechanical engineer with more than five years of experience in piping stress analysis and mechanical design, mostly in oil and gas, power and maritime work. I run Fluxiss, a small engineering company with a team of 18+ engineers, so I can handle a job myself or bring in the right specialist when it needs more than one discipline.
Most of my work is pipe stress analysis in CAESAR II and AutoPIPE to ASME B31.3 and B31.4, including surge analysis, cryogenic LNG lines and equipment nozzle load checks. I also design pressure vessels to ASME Section VIII and storage tanks to API 650, and I run FEA and CFD studies in ANSYS and SolidWorks. I have done solar PV layouts and yield studies from rooftop systems up to a utility plant of more than a gigawatt, plus structural, MEP and HVAC design.
My reports show the method, the inputs, the results and a plain pass or fail. When something fails, I suggest a fix and run it again. If you have a piping, tank, vessel, simulation or solar job, share the details and I will tell you honestly whether it is a good fit.
