I am a thermal engineer specialising in data center cooling, dry coolers and heat rejection. I run airflow and thermal CFD with 6SigmaDCX (Cadence Reality DC) and in-house tools, and I write reports that an engineer or a building owner can act on.
What I typically deliver:
- Data hall / server room airflow CFD: rack inlet temperatures vs ASHRAE ranges, hotspot list, aisle-containment recommendations, N+1 cooling failure scenarios.
- Dry cooler / condenser yard recirculation CFD: multi-wind-direction recirculation, inlet temperature rise per unit, mitigation options.
- Waste heat recovery pre-feasibility: available heat, simple payback, key assumptions.
How I work: you send layout and equipment data; I confirm scope and assumptions in writing before starting. Every report lists inputs, assumptions and limits. Design-stage engineering analysis — not stamped/certified reports.
