I'm an architect (M.Arch, Lebanese University, 2023) based in Beirut, Lebanon.
Since February 2025 I've worked as a facade estimator at an aluminium and glass facade contractor: quantity take-offs, cost estimates and tender offers for 47 projects in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and Lebanon, from about $18K to $1.7M in tender value, working from drawings, specifications and BOQs. I draft plans and facades in AutoCAD 2D and 3D.
I've modeled and rendered architecture since 2019, in 3ds Max with V-Ray and in Lumion, and worked as a freelance 3D artist from 2019 to 2022. I've produced complete drawing sets of plans, elevations and sections, from existing conditions to the new design, and I design plans for small homes around the orientation, the client's wishes and how each room is used.
I work in Arabic and English, on Beirut time (UTC+2/+3), overlapping most of the European and Gulf workday.

- M.Arch final project: A Khan for Tripoli's Children (2023) A 300-year-old Ottoman soap factory and seven old shops in Tripoli, Lebanon, reworked into a school, home and craft workshop for children who had left school. A complete drawing set: plans for all nine levels, four elevations, and two sections, each also cut in 3D. Existing conditions drawn as found, then carried into the new design.
