I’m a mechanical engineer with hands-on experience in product development, manufacturing, CNC machining, CAD/CAM, prototyping, automation, and troubleshooting. I have used inventor, autocad, Mozaik, Mastercam but currently use Fusion 360 for mechanical design, assemblies, drawings, CAM programming, toolpath simulation, and CNC manufacturing.

I own and operate CNC equipment and have hands-on experience programming, setting up, machining, troubleshooting, and generating G-code. I understand workholding, tooling, tolerances, machine abilities and can design parts that can actually be manufactured, based on machine constraints.

I have worked on projects ranging from machined components, fixtures, molds, cabinetry and production equipment to custom mechanisms, automation systems, electronics-integrated prototypes, and one-off product development. I’m comfortable taking a project from an initial idea or sketch through CAD, design refinement, prototyping, manufacturing, and troubleshooting.

Earlier in my career I also held senior manufacturing and operations leadership roles, including responsibility for engineering, production, quality, cost, suppliers, and large manufacturing teams. That experience helps me approach design work with the full manufacturing process in mind—not just the geometry on the screen.

I’m mostly interested in anything I think I can help with. I enjoy doing mechanical design, Fusion 360 CAD/CAM, CNC programming, design for manufacturing, prototyping, fixtures/tooling, reverse engineering, and practical product-development projects.
