Sr. CAD/BIM Specialist with 13+ years of experience producing structural drawings, steel shop drawings, as-builts, protection & control (P&C) schematics and Revit models for engineering and construction firms. I've worked remotely with US teams for years, including more than five years on security low voltage systems drawings, as-builts, polylining and CAFM support for a global corporate real estate firm. Through my studio, Punto Design CR, I also deliver architectural drawing sets and 3D interior/exterior renders. Detail-oriented and comfortable on large drawing sets (150-300 sheets), I follow client CAD standards closely and automate repetitive tasks with Dynamo and Python. I work as a drafter and don't stamp or seal drawings. Based in Costa Rica, so I work in US Central time.
