I am a CNC programmer and tool & die engineer based in Melaka, Malaysia. I make parts from start to finish: design, CAM programming and machining.

CAD design: Send me a sample part or a sketch and I will draw it as a 3D model and 2D drawing in Cimatron. I can also design a part from your idea. Tell me what you want, and I will design it. I deliver STEP, DXF, PDF drawings and STL files for 3D printing.

CNC programming: I program CNC milling machines with Cimatron and write G-code by hand when needed. I build custom post processors for FANUC 0i-MF Plus 3-axis mills, and I prepare NC job sheets with numbered steps so operators know what to check at each stage.

Custom software: I build factory stock and order systems, phone apps, websites and n8n workflow automation, using Python, Docker and AI.

I have worked on molds, dies and precision parts in aluminium and steel. I document my work and communicate clearly by email or chat.
