About
I work on products that need more than just a PCB, a CAD model, or a piece of firmware done separately. My focus is building complete electrical and mechanical systems where the electronics, enclosure, embedded behavior, and real-world function all make sense together. That includes embedded devices, IoT products, sensor-based systems, custom hardware, and prototypes that need to move from concept into something practical and buildable.
My work usually sits in the middle of the problems that slow product development down. A board does not fit the enclosure the right way. A mechanical design creates assembly issues. A sensor works in testing but becomes unreliable once the product is fully integrated. A prototype looks finished but still is not ready for manufacturing. I help solve those issues by thinking across the full system instead of treating electrical, mechanical, and embedded work as isolated tasks.
I work with CAD, embedded systems, hardware integration, product architecture, and design refinement with a strong focus on function, fit, reliability, and manufacturability. I pay close attention to how parts go together, how electronics behave inside real mechanical constraints, and how early design decisions affect testing, assembly, serviceability, and production cost later. That approach is especially important in IoT and connected products, where hardware, physical layout, sensing, power, and control logic all depend on each other.
Some projects need early concept development. Others need help fixing weak points in an existing prototype, improving integration, or preparing a design for fabrication and production. In both cases, I bring practical engineering judgment, clear communication, and a product-minded approach that keeps the work grounded in real use, not just design theory.
