By way of design improvements we were able to bring TOYOTA motorsport to the front of the pack, enhancing their winnning ability. We created custom designed parts and used light material selections for the optimizationof the designs, fully FEA reports and finally fabricated and assembled for racing.

- Design Engineer TOYOTA Motorsport · Full-time Jan 2006 – Jan 2012 6 yrs Sandton, South Africa As design engineer i was responsible for the design and engineering an documentation through SAP from design stage, prototyped in 3D print to actual production phase of each part of the vehicle. We were 2 members of the design team that the Rally cars and Offroad vehicles on request of the the racing manager. We successfully built S2000 and special class vehicles for the DAKAR rally as well. In my spare time i still do design and engineering work for privateers and this year did the Jig and tooling for the SVR racing 2027 Dakar framework.
