   Smart Vibration Project Implementation - Focal point for a project involving the implementation and monitoring of 40 smart vibration devices on pumps and motors located in the Bleach Plant and Lime Kiln.
   Root Cause and Corrective Action Analysis - Lead and document Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) for reliability events, including motor and pump failures, valve malfunctions, and process disruptions (e.g.,
   rocks in the brown stock process).
   Predictive and Preventive Maintenance - Perform predictive maintenance tasks through lubrication oil report, identifying trends and anomalies in pumps, motors, and gearboxes. Analyze vibration data to detect early failure indicators and update preventive maintenance schedules accordingly. Generate work requests based on findings from lubrication oil and vibration analysis reports.
   Data Analysis and Equipment Optimization -Collect and analyze failure data for critical equipment, including motors, fans, gearboxes, and pumps. Apply statistical tools like Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Weibull analysis to identify improvement opportunities and optimize equipment performance.
