I have designed conveyor modules, machine frames, guarding, and jigs and fixtures for production lines, taking each from a site measurement or a hand sketch to a complete drawing package ready for quoting. The work covers weldment frames with cut lists, sheet metal guards with flat patterns, and machined brackets toleranced so they assemble on the shop floor without rework. The hard part was never the modeling. It was getting fabricators, buyers and engineers working off one revision-controlled set of files instead of three conflicting ones.

Each release includes a full BOM, exploded assembly views and neutral STEP files, so your molder or contract manufacturer can quote it the same day.
