I provide independent electrical design reviews for villas, residential developments, schools and other buildings. I help consultants, contractors and property owners check existing designs before procurement and construction, with clear calculation checks, annotated drawing comments and a prioritized review register.

As a senior electrical engineer with experience in electrical design, supervision and consultancy, my focus is the engineering basis behind the drawings.

My electrical review scope includes:
• Load calculations, demand assumptions and panel schedules
• Cable and circuit-breaker sizing and voltage-drop verification
• Single-line diagrams and power distribution
• Lighting and power layouts
• Earthing and grounding arrangements
• Consistency between drawings, calculations, specifications and bills of quantities
• Electrical material submittals against project requirements

For each finding, I identify the issue, its technical basis, the required corrective action and any information needed to close the comment. A follow-up review of the designer’s responses can be included in the agreed scope.

This service covers electrical design checking. The applicable standards, local requirements, available documents and deliverables are agreed before work starts. Final design responsibility and statutory approval remain with the appointed designer and locally authorized engineer.
