About
I am Owen Chan at MUSK CASA, based in Foshan, Guangdong, China. I provide interior design and project coordination for hotels and resorts, commercial and office spaces, villas, residences, apartments, schools and children's spaces.
Services include space planning, concept design, design refinement, furniture, lighting, soft furnishing and material sourcing, production coordination and installation coordination. EPC support is provided according to the agreed project scope.
I help owners, developers, design firms and contractors connect design intent with the Foshan furniture and building-material supply chain. Each portfolio project describes my actual role, distinguishing design project leadership from design review, material development, sample coordination and technical coordination.
