I'm the founder of Skylight Studios, an architectural and building systems engineering firm that delivers complete, permit-ready drawing packages for residential and light commercial projects across the United States.

I'm an engineer, not just a drafter. I handle the design thinking behind the drawings, which means fewer plan-review comments and faster approvals. One coordinated package can cover:

Architectural: floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, details, schedules
Structural: framing plans, foundation design, beam/header sizing, load calculations (Robot Structural Analysis)
MEP: HVAC layouts and load calcs, plumbing, electrical and lighting plans
Civil: site and grading plans, resubmittal corrections
3D Visualization: photorealistic renders and walkthroughs

I've delivered projects in California, Arizona, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, Georgia, Illinois, North Carolina, Nevada, and Colorado. They include new single-family homes, additions, ADUs, porches, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, metal roof shelters, historic-district submittals, and responses to plan-review and inspection comments.

I work in Revit (BIM), so drawings stay coordinated across disciplines and revisions are fast. Typical turnaround is 10–15 days, and I stay on the project until the county or AHJ approves it.

For projects that need a stamp, my drawings and calculations are prepared for review and sealing by your licensed engineer of record.
