About

I am a CAD designer and 3D modeler specializing in reverse engineering, product development, automotive surfacing, and design for additive manufacturing.
My work covers the complete process from real-world geometry or design concept to production-ready 3D models. I work with 3D scan data and existing physical components to reconstruct clean CAD geometry, develop new parts around existing interfaces, and design functional components specifically for FDM 3D printing and prototyping.
My experience includes automotive components, mechanical and consumer-product parts, scan-to-CAD reconstruction, custom enclosures and interfaces, complex surface modeling, digital sculpting, visualization, and physically manufactured prototypes.
I regularly take projects beyond the CAD stage by producing and testing parts on FDM printers. This gives me practical experience with tolerances, assembly, wall thickness, print orientation, support reduction, strength, clearances, and iterative fit testing.
