I work from concept to final delivery, covering part and assembly modeling, dimensioned technical drawings with tolerances (GD&T), preparation of files for laser cutting and bending (flat patterns in DXF), and preparation of parts for 3D printing (additive DFM).
Workflow:
1. Requirements gathering based on the client's reference — photo, sketch, existing technical drawing, or functional specification;
2. Parametric modeling in SolidWorks (parts and assemblies);
3. Complete technical documentation: dimensioned drawings, tolerances, and GD&T when applicable;
4. Delivery of production-ready files — PDF, DXF, STL, or any format required by the client's manufacturing process.
My experience includes assemblies with multiple moving mechanisms, sheet metal design with flat patterns, and preparation of parts for 3D printing.
