I'm Seyitan, a junior architect based in Nigeria, working across architectural design, structural calculations, and surveying. My toolkit spans Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, Enscape, and Photoshop — covering 2D drafting, BIM modeling, and photorealistic rendering.

Recent project work includes a gatehouse/estate entrance design with materials chosen for West African climate conditions, a semi-detached duplex layout with cantilevered balcony slabs and independent penthouse separation, and steel reinforcement calculations following Nigerian/West African structural practice standards.
