I am a mechanical design engineer with experience in product development, prototyping, manufacturing, and custom industrial design. My background includes engine research and development, application engineering, off-road hardware, and specialized products used in automotive, robotics, laboratory, defense, and industrial applications.

I specialize in taking ideas, sketches, existing parts, or customer requirements and turning them into practical, manufacturable CAD designs. My experience includes 3D modeling, detailed drawings, assemblies, sheet metal, prototype development, component sourcing, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM). I work primarily with SolidWorks, and also have industry experice in Creo. I have experience designing parts for machining, laser cutting, stamping, injection molding, zinc die casting, and other manufacturing processes.

My goal is to provide designs that not only look good in CAD, but are realistic to manufacture, cost-effective, and appropriate for the intended application. I am comfortable working directly with customers throughout the design process and can help with everything from early concept development to production-ready designs and drawings.
