Urip Hadi is a Civil and Infrastructure Engineer specializing in hydrology, hydraulic analysis, drainage systems, pavement design, and construction, with strong familiarity in structural and pipeline engineering. He has delivered infrastructure solutions across gold mining, oil and gas, pipeline, and bridge projects, consistently meeting international standards and Indonesian SNI regulations.
His core strengths include earthworks and cut/fill design, haul road pavement, surface water management, slope stability, heavy-duty foundation design, and pipeline infrastructure. He is experienced in designing foundations for processing equipment such as crushers, agitators, thickeners, and leach tanks, as well as chemical containment systems for gold processing facilities.

• Led civil and infrastructure design for the BWKM Gold Mining Project (WES), covering earthworks, drainage, haul roads, and structural foundations.
• Designed containment basins, chemical storage foundations, and process plant structures for the Mount Morgan Gold Mining Project (GGT).
• Conducted Hydrology and Hydraulic Analysis for Repsol-Synergy's Sakakemang Development Project (CPF).
• Served as Engineering Leader for the Cikarang Bridge and Jakamitra Gas Pipeline projects at ACE, overseeing pipeline and bridge infrastructure design.
He holds a bachelor degree, Civil Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology and combines technical precision with strong multidisciplinary coordination, working closely with process, mechanical, structural, and pipeline teams to deliver safe, compliant, and constructable designs.
