I am a senior architect and BIM Lead with 9+ years and 50+ delivered projects, and I turn design intent into fully coordinated, buildable construction documentation.
What I do:
- All-discipline BIM coordination (structural, MEP, interiors, facade, landscape) with Navisworks clash detection, resolving issues before construction.
- Permit-ready construction documentation in Revit, from design development to tender and construction-stage sets.
- BIM Execution Plans, ISO 19650 / openBIM information management, common data environments (BIM 360 / ACC), LOD and IFC coordination, model QC.
- In-house Revit automation (built with C#, Python and the Revit API, AI-assisted) that enforces standards, automates QA and cuts clashes.
I have delivered residential projects fully remotely for US developers, so smooth cross-time-zone remote delivery is routine for me. I work full CET/CEST hours, speak fluent English, and bill as an independent contractor (no visa or sponsorship required).
Recent work includes multifamily residences in the US (remote), a 29-villa residential development, hotel and resort projects, and large mixed-use / high-rise developments with 1,000+ units.
