About
I design furniture and lighting in bent stainless steel and manufacture it in my own workshop. My drawings are checked by the laser and the press brake, not only on screen — a model that cannot be unfolded, welded or polished never leaves my desk.
What I do:
• Sheet metal parts and assemblies — Fusion 360, AutoCAD, Shapr3D
• Flat patterns with correct bend allowances and radii, ready for laser cutting and folding
• Production drawings: dimensions, bend lines, weld and finish callouts
• Nesting and material optimisation
• DFM review of existing models — I tell you what will fail at the brake before you pay for a batch
Materials I work with every week: stainless steel AISI 201 and 304, sheet 1.5–8 mm, profile tube, flat bar. Finishes: satin and brushed, mirror polish, nickel plating, powder coating in any RAL.
Deliverables: STEP, IGES, DXF and PDF drawings. Drawings supplied in English or Russian.
Background: 25 products designed and put into production under my own furniture brand — chairs, tables, mirrors, lighting. Every item in my portfolio exists as a physical object and is photographed after assembly, next to the drawing it was built from.
Based in Georgia (GMT+4). Remote, flexible hours, comfortable overlap with Europe and with US mornings.
