About
As a Civil Engineer with extensive experience in structural engineering, construction management, and Building Information Modeling (BIM), I specialize in transforming design concepts and Revit models into fully coordinated, permit-ready construction document sets.
I bridge the gap between architectural design and engineering execution, ensuring models are not only visually clean but also technically accurate and fully compliant with building codes and municipality requirements.
Core Expertise:
Revit & BIM Specialist: Advanced model cleanup, phase management (Existing, Demolition, Proposed), family customization, and high-efficiency drafting.
Permit & Submittal Drawings: Preparing full drawing sets for Planning and Building Department submittals (including electronic plan check workflows).
Engineering & Structural Coordination: Direct liaison with structural, MEP, and civil engineers to resolve clashes and streamline design approvals.
Construction & Project Management: Hands-on background in managing complex residential and commercial developments, ensuring constructability on site.
Whether you need support on a single remodel/addition or a full-scale custom home design, I deliver precise, organized, and timely technical documentation while maintaining long-term collaborative partnerships with clients.
