30yrs experience in commercial and residential drafting primarily in the civil industry. As a current senior designer I am able to design a civil project from ground up using the methods required by any municipal the project is in to acquire a permit to build. In the residential side I can draw any floor plan to facilitate your needs. I have done many site developments that involves for example designing commercial parking lots, grading and drainage plans, retention ponds, MOT plans, striping plans, handicap ramps. I have done foundation plans for steel manufacturing companies showing concrete footing design. All design are done using Microstation but I can use Autocad as well. Microstation files are easily converted to Autocad files if needed. I currently work full-time but available to help out with any freelance work.
