I earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology and an Associate degree in Interior Design, have more than 10 years of Revit experience, and nearly two years of professional experience as an Architectural Designer producing construction documents, coordinating project information, reviewing markups, and developing detailed plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and architectural details. My background in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, residential design, and construction documentation would allow me to accurately develop the existing and proposed conditions while carefully coordinating stair, roof, building-envelope, structural, and MEP information. I understand that the completed documents will require review and filing by a New York-licensed architect or engineer, and I am prepared to provide dependable drafting and design support under that professional’s direction. I am based in New York, communicate clearly, respond well to revisions, and would be glad to discuss the project files, expected deliverables, schedule, and hourly rate.
I also have extensive experience in 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization. I create high-quality architectural models, drawings, renderings, and animations using industry-standard software, including Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, Twinmotion, Bluebeam, and Photoshop.
