I'm a civil, transportation, and environmental engineer with over 12 years of experience delivering infrastructure projects from planning through construction.

My background spans railway and highway infrastructure, transportation systems analysis, traffic safety studies, and environmental impact assessment. As an Executive Engineer with Pakistan Railways, I led planning, construction, and rehabilitation of track, bridges, and station facilities across multiple regions — managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

I hold three engineering degrees: a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (UET Peshawar), an M.Sc. in Environmental Engineering (NUST), and an M.Eng. in Communication and Transportation Engineering from Southeast University in Nanjing, China, where I focused on traffic safety analysis, transportation data techniques, and road design.

Today I run OUBA Engineers and Consultants LLC, a Massachusetts-registered engineering and consulting firm. I take on work in:
