• Point Cloud to CAD Specialist Offset DT · Freelance Jan 2001 – Present 25 yrs 7 mos Viseu, Portugal Over 20 years of professional experience in CAD drafting, architectural surveying and construction documentation.
  
  Since 2001, I have been working with building measurements and architectural surveys, producing 2D CAD drawings for residential properties, reconstruction, renovation and legalization projects.
  
  Since 2009, I have also worked in topographic surveying, carrying out architectural surveys using surveying equipment as well as land and property boundary surveys.
  
  Since 2024, I have expanded my work into laser scanning and point cloud workflows, performing architectural and, when appropriate, topographic surveys using laser scanning technology.
