A US mechanical engineering consultancy. Clients contract with us. One of our W-2 engineers is assigned to the project and stays on it. We do not farm work out or swap staff mid-job.
We take physical products from CAD through prototype, DFM, and production support. Typical work: parts and assemblies, production drawings, GD&T and tolerance stacks, injection-molded and machined hardware, electro-mechanical and opto-mechanical packaging, fixtures and tooling, independent design review before tooling, and FEA/thermal analysis.
We are built for clients who need a senior engineer, not a CAD-only modeler. If the CAD is not tool-ready, we will say so. If it is, we will say GO.
