I’m an Ontario-based CAD and Planning Technician with hands-on experience in municipal planning, land development, site planning, and 2D AutoCAD drafting.
I provide remote CAD drafting and site-planning support to developers, contractors, planning consultants, surveyors, engineering firms, and other professionals who need reliable drafting assistance without adding a full-time employee.
My experience includes preparing and revising:

- Site Planning & Land Development Practical municipal experience preparing and reviewing site-planning and land-development concepts, including building placement, setbacks, parking, access, lot configuration and development constraints.
- AutoCAD & 2D CAD Drafting Professional experience using AutoCAD and AutoCAD Map 3D for 2D drafting, site plans, property layouts, development concepts, revisions, drafting cleanup and planning-related drawings.
