About
I design practical, functional parts for 3D printing using Fusion 360. I can turn sketches, photos, measurements, and simple ideas into clean CAD models for brackets, mounts, holders, clips, adapters, replacement parts, organizers, and simple enclosures.
I focus on designs that are realistic to print and use. I consider part strength, wall thickness, clearances, overhangs, support reduction, and the limits of FDM 3D printing.
I can provide STL files for printing and, when requested, STEP, DXF, and Fusion 360 source files.
Before starting a project, I confirm the required dimensions, the part’s purpose, the materials and printer being used, and the files the client needs. I am best suited to small, clearly defined CAD and 3D-printing projects.
