I had the pleasure of working with Donovan Uiterloo on a unique and creative 3D modeling project focused on visualizing a car perfume concept. The goal was to bring his innovative idea to life with a clean, realistic, and visually appealing design that accurately reflected the product’s function and elegance.
Donovan was an incredible client to collaborate with clear with his vision, quick to communicate, and very respectful of the creative process. His positive attitude and trust made the entire project smooth and rewarding.

Precision Gear Housing - CNC Ready STEP
The client needed a custom gearbox housing for a prototype industrial actuator. They provided initial concept sketches and performance requirements I took it from there.
Using Siemens NX, I modeled the full assembly with bearing seats, oil channels, bolt patterns, and draft angles optimized for CNC machining. Applied DFM principles to reduce setups from 4 to 3, saving the client tooling cost. Delivered the final design as manufacturing ready STEP files and a detailed 2D drawing set.
The tightest tolerance was ±0.02mm on the bearing bore worked closely with the client's machinist to ensure the GD&T was practical and inspectable. Prototype was machined from the files with zero revisions needed.
