The central entrance, highlighted by a lit archway, establishes grandeur and balance, while balconies and terraces provide human-centered outdoor experiences that connect residents to the city. Exterior lighting enhances the building’s aesthetic presence at dusk, and durable materials ensure longevity and elegance. By integrating classical motifs with modern construction techniques and contextual urban planning, the design achieves a harmony of tradition and innovation, positioning the residence as both a cultural statement and a practical home within Addis Ababa’s evolving skyline
