I have hands-on experience in automotive and industrial filtration manufacturing, with exposure to the complete manufacturing and assembly process of filters. My experience includes spin-on oil filters, air filters, filter housings, perforated tubes/sheets, filter media, pleating, PU dispensing and filter assembly.
I have worked on process control, defect analysis and troubleshooting, including issues such as assembly leakage, cracks, media damage, pleating defects, PU-related defects and dimensional/assembly problems. I also have experience developing and reviewing Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Control Plans, SOPs and inspection controls for filtration products.
My experience combines manufacturing engineering, CAD/design understanding, quality systems and continuous improvement, enabling me to analyse filtration products from both design and manufacturing perspectives.
