I am Mechanical engineer with 8 years of CAD experience. Works as a lead Engineer in a leading automotive industry and have a huge knowledge in Catia V5, 3D modelling ,Surfacing, Plastic component design, Product design, Plastics tooling and Manufacturing processes, design intent .I already worked with clients on Catia V5,3D modelling from U.S.,UK Europe and many other countries and made them delighted.
My Background:
I Have worked in UK as a CAD Engineer at Bentley Motors UK for more than 2 Years.
Hands on experience with using CATIA V5 Part modeling, DMU, Assembly, Surfacing (GSD Module) Drafting and detailing modules.
Successfully executed projects for design of Automotive Interiors and Exterior product like Door Panels, Centre console Instrument Panels and bumper Assy for clients.
Working knowledge of job-related technical skills: GD&T, DFM, DFA, CAE/FEA, CAD, FMEA, DVP&R.
Design & development of Plastic Interior & Exterior component Like IP, Floor console, Door Trims, Front Bumper, Rear bumper , Fenders Body Side molding From initial Design till Implementation ( Till Launch Support of Vehicle) for Automotive OEM
