Civil drafter with hands-on experience producing permit-ready and construction plan sets for both public infrastructure and small commercial projects.
I currently work as a Civil Engineering Intern at D'León Consulting Engineers on the LA Metro Eastside Extension Phase 2 project, where I produce utility rearrangement composite drawings, coordinate utility conflicts, and resolve plan-check corrections across mainline and maintenance facility sheet sets. My work includes general notes, sheet setup and renumbering, overhead electric rearrangement linework, site plans, and KMZ files for field coordination.
I also run FirstPass Plans, a permit drafting and coordination service for tenant improvements and food facilities in Southern California. I've taken projects from field measurements to approval, including coffee shop and ice cream shop TIs, a retail liquor store, and a food production facility, and I handle health department (DPH) plan-check correction responses.
