About
I am a CNC/CAM programmer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in SolidCAM and CNC machining. I specialize in 3-axis, 3+2, and 5-axis milling, including 5-axis head-head machines, contour machining, and complex toolpath programming.
I have practical experience working with FANUC, Siemens, Syntec, Mach3, NCStudio, and other CNC controllers. I can prepare CAM programs, generate and review G-code, simulate machining operations, and optimize toolpaths for production.
My machining experience includes aluminum, stone, glass, plastics, and other non-ferrous materials. I also have experience with CNC laser cutting.
In addition to CAM programming, I work with SolidWorks and can independently create 3D models, complex mechanical parts, assemblies, and manufacturing-ready designs from drawings or project requirements.
I can support projects from CAD modeling through CAM programming and final CNC code. I am available for remote CNC/CAM programming, SolidCAM projects, CAD modeling, and project-based manufacturing support.
