I am an experienced Architectural Drafter and 3D Designer specializing in residential design, construction documentation, and detailed architectural drawings.
I have experience preparing detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, electrical layouts, interior elevations, kitchen and bathroom drawings, renovation plans, site plans, and construction details. I also work with 3D models and architectural visualization to help clients clearly understand the proposed design.
My strengths include attention to detail, accurate drafting, following architectural and client requirements, and producing clear, professional documentation suitable for construction and quoting.
I have worked on residential renovations, new residential designs, extensions, decks, sheds, commercial fit-outs, and various council-related drawing packages. I am comfortable working from existing PDF plans, surveys, measurements, Matterport information, sketches, and client design briefs.
My software experience includes AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modelling workflows. I am also comfortable adapting to new software and project-specific workflows.
