  Currently responsible for the design and development of front and rear suspension systems for electric mining dump trucks across 8×4, 6×4, and 4×2 tractor-trailer variants, with payload capacities ranging from 60 to 100 tonnes. My responsibilities include leaf spring design, load calculations, casting and mounting bracket design, new component development, reverse engineering, design validation, 2D drafting, BOM management in PLM, cost estimation and optimization, design improvements, and resolving field-related engineering issues.
  
  Additionally, I have contributed to the mechanical packaging of battery packs, battery carrier structure design, thermal cooling pipeline routing, and DGMS-compliant fire suppression system design for electric mining vehicles. I also have experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), including engineering data management, BOM maintenance, and product data migration
• Designer for FS formula student team Team Sakthi Racing (Formula Student Team) · Part-time Jan 2025 – Feb 2026 1 yrs 1 mos Coimbatore, TN, India Being a part of Team Sakthi Racing, the Formula Student team of Kumaraguru College of Technology, has been one of the most defining experiences of my career. During my tenure, I participated in one international and two national-level Formula Student competitions, where I gained hands-on experience in applying engineering principles to real-world automotive design and manufacturing challenges.
  
  As the Team Lead for my batch, I was responsible for leading the team from the initial design phase through manufacturing, testing, and the final competition. Formula Student is more than just a racing event—it is a complete product development journey where we design, manufacture, validate, and compete with a formula-style race car.
  
  This journey strengthened not only my technical skills but also my leadership, teamwork, project management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. The practical exposure and industry-oriented experience I gained through Team Sakthi Racing played a significant role in shaping my career and ultimately opened the opportunity for me to begin my professional journey at Propel Industries Private Limited.
