Wael Mahmoud Khaireldien born in SOHAG governorate, Egypt in 1973 he received his PhD in mechanical engineering (machine design and material science) from Assiut university year 2006, currently working as in addition engineer, Associate Professor in ASSIUT university faculty ofto his duties as a managing director of integrated technology transfer unit in Assiut University. Wael worked in several industrial project including designing and construction of a production unit for aluminum foam for the benefit of Bahgat group in Egypt, he assembled and manufactured several mechanical and electronic inspection and measuring systems for different kind of measurement. Wael is expert in designing and manufacturing of technological solutions and have several patented idea Wael supervise upper Egypt center of development for 18 months and supervise the Egyptian academy of science and technology ASRT office for technology and innovation support center (TISC) for one year , worked as a consultant for several companies like OGS (oil and gas skills company), have made, he established ASSIUT university business incubator, he is/was a principle investigator and co-investigator in more than 15 funded project including: HEMA business incubator, tok-tok fab lab, ammonia injector, aluminum foam, social innovation cluster, TICO establishment, medical waste management, GHRAS, DOLLNY, designing and manufacturing of a double coach train car, designing and manufacturing of floating feed production line, reverse osmosis membrane for water desalination production line Wael is also the chairman of TECHNELKHAIR Ngo for development. He runs a team of 120 employees including 40 engineers in fields like R&D, vocational training and incubation from 2009 to 2020 Wael is working (2020 till now) as Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering (IME) School of Innovative Design Engineering (IDE) Faculty of Engineering and Applied Sciences (FEAS) Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST)- hhe is also the Manager of EJUST incubator, technopark and technical supervisor of CINTECH (center of innovation and technology EJUST)
