I'm a mechanical engineer specializing in machine design, fixture engineering, and finite element analysis, currently transitioning my focus toward Robotics, Automation, and Aviation. I currently design Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) and vehicle-assembly fixtures at UMR Technology — work that sits squarely in industrial automation, building the equipment that automates manufacturing and assembly lines — for clients including JBM, Euler Motors, Honda Power, CTS, TASi, and Munjal.
Selected work:
Designed a dual-part leak testing machine for engine/powertrain components (clients: CTS, TASi)
Designed an oil-flushing SPM for client Munjal
Led the transmission system design for a national SAE BAJA competition vehicle — 44% and 37% weight reductions in the gearbox and universal joint respectively
Co-authored a peer-reviewed paper in IJERT on gear weight optimization, validated through FEA in both SolidWorks Simulation and ANSYS
Led a team of 4 in a comparative structural and thermal FEA study of tire tread designs, investigating tire-burst risk under high-temperature conditions — scored 796/800
Background:
Before UMR, I designed engineering layouts and construction-ready drawing packages for U.S. telecom infrastructure clients at Congruex Asia Pacific. In between roles, I did freelance mechanical design and FEA consulting while teaching high school physics and mathematics — work that kept my technical skills active and consistently growing.
