DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cost Estimation & Scope of Works: Conducted detailed quantity take-offs, prepared Architectural Scope of Works (SOW), Technical Specifications, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in compliance with DPWH standards and RA 9184 (Government Procurement Reform Act).
