Background: 3D/XR development (Unity3D, AR/VR; award-recognized at Laval Virtual), full-stack web (React, Node.js, Laravel), and AI integration. Built an AR application that scans physical spaces, constructs a 3D model, and exports it directly as BIM data; hands-on experience with the exact pipeline this niche runs on.

Currently building a new BIM-focused tool combining web 3D rendering with AI-assisted workflows. Open to project-based work now, with more case studies to follow as that build ships.
