I’m an architect and interior designer with 6+ years of experience delivering residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use projects from concept through construction most of it working remotely with clients I’ve never met in person.
What I bring to a project:
Full-cycle documentation: floor plans, elevations, sections, construction details, and joinery drawings in Revit and AutoCAD, clean, buildable, and coordinated.
Photorealistic visualization: interior and exterior renders, walkthroughs, and
presentation boards using SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, D5 Render, Corona, and Chaos Vantage.
Interior design & FF&E: space planning, material specification, and joinery detailing for high-end residential and hospitality interiors travertine, marble, and custom cabinetry are regular territory for me.
Real-world budgeting: I’ve worked through detailed Bills of Quantities and market price sourcing, so my drawings and specs are grounded in what’s actually buildable, not just what renders well.
Recent work includes a 29-storey mixed-use condominium (passive climate-responsive design), a luxury private villa currently under construction, a retail store fit-out, and a bespoke residential kitchen all documented start-to-finish, from concept sketch to construction-ready file.
