I help interior designers, architects, and contractors turn concepts into build-ready packages — photorealistic 3D visualizations, accurate 2D shop drawings, and material takeoffs, all from one person.

I'm an architect (B.Sc. Architecture, Helwan University, 2022) with 4+ years of experience across residential and commercial projects, including my current role as a CAD Technician at Amazon. I deliver:

• Photorealistic interior renders in 3ds Max with V-Ray/Corona — lighting, materials, and staging that sell the design
• 2D shop drawings and construction documentation in AutoCAD and Revit — plans, elevations, sections, façade cladding, curtain walls, and joinery details ready for site
• Material takeoffs and quantity schedules so you can price and order with confidence

Because I handle both the visual and technical sides, you get consistency from concept render to construction drawing without coordinating multiple freelancers. CAD Technician Amazon · Full-time Jun 2024 – Present 2 yrs 3 mos Cairo, Cairo Governorate, Egypt Create 2D as-built drawings for multi-purpose facility use and extract as-built data to support management and maintenance operations across large-scale sites.

Education

Helwan University - Faculty of Fine Arts Bachelor of Architecture, Architecture and Interior Design, Very Good 2017 – 2022 Five-year professional architecture program covering architectural design, structural systems, building technology, working drawings, and 3D visualization. Graduation project won the Misr Smart Home competition (2022) for a sustainable 50 m2 two-storey smart house.

Other experience

Facade Shop Drawings & Curtain Wall Documentation Prior to Amazon I worked in-house at two facade and construction contractors, producing fabrication-ready documentation for aluminium cladding and curtain wall systems.

Alico Egypt - Design Engineer (Mar 2023 - Jun 2023) and Red Sea Construction - Junior Site Engineer (Jun 2023 - Sep 2023): created 2D shop drawings and fabrication drawings for facade cladding and curtain walls, built 3D models for fabrication release and clash testing, and improved team workflow by debugging and rebuilding shared Revit families and AutoCAD blocks.

Kawader 3M - Architect / Interior Designer / Site Engineer (Aug 2021 - Jun 2024): produced 3D design representations and photorealistic visualizations, met clients directly to define functional and spatial requirements, and carried out periodic site inspections to verify construction matched the approved drawings.
