I am a professional BIM Technician specialising in architectural and MEP plumbing BIM modelling, with supplementary expertise in BIM-based quantity takeoff and construction cost calculation.
I have cross-border project experience in China, Nigeria and the UK, proficient in three core design software: AutoCAD for municipal plumbing hydraulic drawing, Revit for full architectural & MEP integrated BIM modelling, and Glodon for model-derived quantity surveying and cost estimation.
My graduation project was awarded 3rd Prize in the Glodon Cup National BIM Innovation Competition. I led a multidisciplinary team to complete commercial complex MEP clash coordination, plumbing hydraulic calculation and full-drainage system cost estimation.
