About
I am a mechanical design and manufacturing specialist with strong experience in CNC machining, mechanical design, and production processes. I specialize in developing complex parts and assemblies, as well as bridging design concepts with real-world manufacturing requirements to create practical, manufacturable solutions. Currently, I work as a Senior CNC Machinist in a company that produces boat lifts. I program, set up, and operate 4-axis Fanuc CNC machines, optimize machining strategies, and ensure high precision and efficient production. This hands-on experience gives me a deep understanding of tolerances, tooling, materials, and DFM principles. In parallel with CNC work, I design complex mechanical parts and assemblies using SolidWorks and SolidCAM. I develop full 3D models, engineering layouts, and manufacturing-ready CAD data, ensuring that designs are functional, reliable, and optimized for production. In addition, I develop children’s toys under my brand Boobakiki, where I combine creativity with real product development experience from concept to production.
