Mechanical engineer with 15+ years of experience in product development, CFD analysis, CAD design, embedded systems, and software development. Experience includes DFM (Design for Manufacturing), GD&T, tolerance analysis, injection mold design, mechanical design review, engineering validation, and practical manufacturing considerations.
Software development background includes Java, C++, embedded C, C#, Python, FPGA-related development, image processing, and DART.
Experience with PLA-based 3D printing, prototype validation, and plastic injection molding. Strong practical background in Design for Manufacturing (DFM), mold-friendly part design, and production-oriented CAD development.

Regarding CAD work, I primarily use Autodesk Fusion 360 for modeling tasks. Working with CAD data that is not compatible with the Fusion 360 environment may require further discussion. The feasibility of the work depends on whether Fusion 360-compatible data is provided and whether the client provides the necessary access rights or working environment. (The primary deliverable format is STEP.)
Regarding CFD-related tasks, I focus on developing engineering insights, including analysis review, interpretation of results, performance trend analysis, and directions for design optimization. CAD models can be modified if Fusion 360-compatible data is provided, or if the client provides the necessary access rights or a suitable CAD working environment.
