• MILLWORK DRAFTER Apex drafting LLC · Contract Dec 2023 – Present 2 yrs 6 mos NC, United States At Apex Drafting, I work as a Millwork Drafter, producing detailed construction and shop drawings for custom residential and commercial millwork projects. My role involves translating architectural concepts, designer markups, and project specifications into accurate, fabrication-ready drawings using AutoCAD.
  
  I develop full drawing packages that include floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed fabrication and connection drawings for items such as cabinetry, shelving, counters, wall panels, and bespoke fixtures. I also prepare millwork schedules, cut lists, and material take-offs to support manufacturing and project coordination.
  
  I collaborate remotely with project leads, engineers, and production teams across different time zones, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery under tight deadlines. I manage design revisions efficiently, maintaining accuracy, version control, and consistency throughout each project.
  
  All drawings I produce are aligned with industry fabrication standards, buildability requirements, and relevant construction practices to ensure smooth execution from design through to installation
