varnamayaa-hands-on experience From my perspective, this fellowship is less of an internship and more of an immersive experience in designing and putting together a live event from scratch.

The experience can involve anything from spatial styling, installations, detailing, set-making, and decor execution to vendor coordination, material handling, guest experience planning, content creation, photography/video assistance, music and activity curation, and all the unexpected problem-solving that naturally comes with building a large-scale wedding experience.

I don’t see this as a role with rigid responsibilities. I imagine it more like a collaborative studio environment where everyone contributes wherever needed, learns through the process, and experiences what it means to shape an event spatially and experientially in a real-world setting.
