I am a Licensed Professional Engineer and Project Manager with over 18 years of experience leading large-scale infrastructure and building projects across Ethiopia. I hold a BSc in Civil Engineering from Arba Minch University and a BSc in Surveying Technology from Adama University, giving me a unique combination of technical design, construction supervision, and geospatial expertise.

Throughout my career, I have successfully delivered multimillion-dollar projects for clients including the Ethiopian Road Authority, Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Service Enterprise, and Debre Birhan University. As Resident Engineer, I supervised the construction of multiple G+6 to G+8 buildings, ensuring strict quality compliance, contract adherence, and timely completion. As Acting Project Manager, I managed multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously, developing work plans, allocating resources, and monitoring performance against schedule, cost, and quality standards.

I have direct experience working on World Bank-funded projects, where I reviewed and monitored Resettlement Action Plans and ensured compliance with international standards.
