• Rack Hardening M/c.: A manual loading M/c with IP/OP
Conveyor, Hyd. Clamping & PNEU. Automation & Servo ctrl.
• Tube/Shaft Hardening M/c.: Engineered a 42-meter-long
machine with a step feeder for job loading, belt/roller feeders,
cooling conveyors, & tempering setups. Job weight: 3 kg, length:
1800 mm.
• Rotor Brazing M/c.: 3 Station M/c. with X-Y Axis for Tool
movement, Manipulator to transfer component b/w stations &
rotate the Rotor to braze the SC Ring on either side. The weight
of the Rotor about 400Kg & length & Dia 600mm &
400mm respectively. The whole system had Hydraulic,
Pneumatic & Electrical actuators
• Starter Shaft Hardening M/c.: The M/c. built on Walking Beam
mechanism. The M/c consist 12 stations & 2
components at a time. The M/c. designed with inlet conveyor
with built in Gantry from Threads rolling M/c. & Pitch
• Machining Fixture for VMC & HMC with Hyd. Clamping
• Assembly Line with Motorized Roller conveyor & Hyd. &
Pneumatic application.
• Handling of Aluminium Die-casted compressor housing
• Crank Casing Forging Automation
• R A Shaft (Rear Axle Shaft) Automation.
• 8 stations MCB assembly Line.
